Monday 5:00 AM - 6:30 AM
Tuesday 5:00 AM - 6:30 AM
Wednesday 5:00 AM - 6:30 AM- written workout only (no coach on deck)
Thursday 5:00 AM - 6:30 AM
Friday 5:00 AM - 6:30 AM
Saturday 5:30 AM - 7:00 AM
Sunday recovery day
Note: During summer months, when the water is warm, we have unofficial ocean swims at Hermosa Beach Pier on Sundays starting at 7AM.
